Rachana Sharir refers to Anatomy in Ayurveda. It deals with structural understanding of the human body including Embryology, Histology, Anthropometry, Genetics, Marma Sharir and related concepts from both Ayurvedic and modern perspectives.

The aim of the department is to impart practical and clinically oriented anatomical knowledge to build a strong foundation for future medical and surgical practice.
