Sanskrit Samhita Siddhanta is the foundation of the Ayurvedic system of medicine. This department focuses on imparting knowledge and understanding of classical Ayurvedic texts. It also highlights the history and evolution of Ayurveda while enabling students to read and interpret Sanskrit texts effectively.

The subject plays a crucial role in understanding the basic principles of Ayurveda and their application in clinical practice. Students are trained in studying classical manuscripts such as Charaka and Vagbhata throughout the course.
